Join us for Â鶹Éç’s annual Street Fair on Saturday, October 11, 2025, from 12:00–4:00 PM in front of the Campus Center. This signature tradition brings together students, families, alumni, and community members for an afternoon filled with activities, performances, and showcases. Explore the Academic Quad and Campus Center to discover student organizations, local vendors, live entertainment, and interactive experiences. From the Ospreys on Tap tasting and Beyond the Nest: Osprey Authors’ Book Festival to the Esports & Gaming Experience and the always-popular Fraternity & Sorority Life Yard Show, there’s something for everyone to enjoy. Whether you’re here to connect with old friends, spend time with family, or experience the energy of campus life, the Street Fair is the perfect way to celebrate the Osprey spirit. Information for Vendors
Â鶹Éç is inviting local vendors participate in the University Weekend Street Fair on Saturday, October 11, 2025 from 12:00 – 4:00pm in front of the Campus Center (rain or shine). The primary audience of the Street Fair includes college students, alumni, families, and community members. Vendor space is limited, subject to approval, and available on a first come, first serve basis.
The 2025 University Weekend Street Fair Vendor Application is now CLOSED, as we have reached capacity.
Vendor Information
- Table Vendor Fee is $50.00, non-refundable, and includes two 6’ tables and four chairs. Proceeds will be donated to Â鶹Éç Student Relief Fund, designed to assist students experiencing a financial crisis due to unexpected emergencies.
- Street Fair Table Vendors are prohibited from selling food or beverages at this event.
- There is limited space for Food & Beverage Vendors; Contact Lauren.Wilson@stockton.edu for more information about applying to be a food/beverage vendor.
